As of January 2007, there is a new regulation for Recognized Student Organizations within the Division of Student Affairs. This regulation states that any student holding an elected or appointed office within a recognized student organization must in enrolled in at least 12 hours in a degree seeking program, have a cumulative 2.5 GPA, maintain a 2.5 semester GPA throughout service and have no active disciplinary sanctions.
